Project risk management kick-off is fast introduction of risk
management to a project. It entails a project steering group briefing, a half a
day introduction to the project team and a risk identification, analysis and
control-planning workshop.
Risk management process planning and kick-off is fast
introduction of risk management to a pilot-project. It entails a project
steering group briefing, a two-day training/workshop for process personnel and a
one-day combined training and risk management session for the pilot project
members.
Risk Management Facilitation Package is an extra module for
the product Project Risk Management Kick-off and Risk Management Process
Planning and Kick-off. It includes facilitation support for a varying amount of
risk management sessions.
Project Risk Audit is a review of a project's current risk
situation. The review is completed with the help of the project personnel. The
idea is that the project personnel perform their normal project risk management
at the presence of an R & D-Ware risk management professional, who will
guide the process when necessary.
Risk Management System Assessment is a review of the client's
current risk management approach. The review is completed with the help of the
personnel, who are responsible for risk management activities at the client's
organization. The findings are documented to an assessment of the current risk
management approach.
Risk management system development is a thorough development
of risk management practices at the target organization. It entails
customization of risk management templates and process descriptions, integration
of risk management to the product development process and a plan for deployment
/ introduction of risk management.
